An easy way to lose 15 pounds fast is to only eat meat. Meat uses a lot of energy to digest but eating meat alone is not healthy. As you body need all the necessary nutrients a balanced diet is needed to achieve a good weight loss.

5) Exercise your muscles frequent as this increase metabolism naturally.

Stay with your program by taking regular measurement every week or two. Adjust your weight loss program if you don not get the desired results
