Breathe Your Aches Away!

Basic ways to ease the pain.In a modern world where the demands of life are constant work and tedious responsibility we almost experience constant stress . This is made worse by not having enough time or not knowing on how to reduce our stress, but the world offers so much. There are basic ways on how to get rid of stress, one of them is learning and applying in our life the reiki technique.

What is Reiki? It is a way of explaining how the proper flow of an individual’s energy levels affects one’s body. Reiki is basically from Japanese origin as a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that can also promote healing. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. The reiki technique is to bring wholeness in you and get rid of all stress whether they may be on the outside or in. The Reiki technique believes that if one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel the stress and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A person is often even more stressed on how to do this but it is really just a basic practice of treating our body well. For example, the act of meditation. One form of meditation is expressed in Zazen and Vipassana where it centers on formal sitting, the aim is to practice proper breathing while keeping the body immobile and the attention of the person controlled. It is an easy way to keep peace inside yourself while working outwards on how the tension on your body is removed. Meditation also concentrates on how the person thinks; it could be an expressive practice where the body is free to do anything while the mind aims to have positive perspective with the things happening around.

The most common form of getting rid of stress maybe known through massage, in this form a person starts to heal on the outside and moves deeper inside until all the stress is completely gone. A massage slowly terminates the tension in the body be applying pressure to it, the muscles are relax and the person starts to unwind. This leads to the person feeling better and thus thinking better as well, because stress is often related to fatigue, a good massage will find ways to eliminate fatigue and create a better, healthier feel.

As said earlier, massage is about making the body loose and less tense by applying pressure. The hands, feet, fingers, forearms and elbows of the person can be used to apply pressure, but the person should preferably be a massage therapist. Since a massage therapist is already well oriented on what areas of the body need pressure, it will have a better effect and prevent the individual from feeling more tension caused by wrong methods of massage.

There are simple and easy ways to feel better. Whether we choose to start from our physical pain moving inward or create an inner balance in ourselves and move outward. Various methods will help us get through every back-breaking day with ease and comfort.
