The type that is categorized as “Primary” means that the person is healthy and only suffers from the sleep complication itself. In some, the sleep issue may stem from ingesting certain substances such as medication, and even alcohol based products.

In addition to be recognized as a particular type, the length of time in which an individual suffers from this sleep condition is also an important consideration when it comes to finding natural treatments for insomnia.
